​Electrical Supervisor - LONG TERM!

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee the electrical works on multiple new commercial projects.

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all electrical installations comply with safety standards and project specifications. The ideal Electrical Supervisor will have a strong background in commerical electrical systems and proven experience in supervisory roles.

Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all electrical installations and ensure compliance with project specifications as the Electrical Supervisor.

• Collaborate with project managers and other trades to coordinate electrical work effectively.

• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high-quality standards as an Electrical Supervisor.

• Mentor and train junior electricians, providing guidance on best practices and safety protocols.

• Ensure all electrical work is completed on time and within budget as the Electrical Supervisor.

• Prepare reports on project progress and electrical issues for management review.

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving electrical problems during the construction phase.

• Client Facing.

Electrical Supervisor Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical installation and supervision, specifically as an Electrical Supervisor.

• Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent).

• ECS/CSCS card holder.

• SSSTS/ SMSTS.

• Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards and building regulations.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills as an Electrical Supervisor.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.

• Previous experience in residential projects is preferred.
