​Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team - Residential project , must have background in residential . The successful candidate will oversee electrical installations and maintenance, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Plan, manage, and supervise electrical projects from inception to completion.

• Allocate resources, schedule work, and coordinate with other departments and contractors.

• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and supervise a team of electricians and electrical technicians.

• Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations to ensure team members meet project standards and safety regulations.

• Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Quality and Compliance:

• Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify quality and safety.

• Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

Problem-Solving:

• Identify and troubleshoot issues that arise during projects.

• Develop and implement effective solutions to maintain project timelines and quality.

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve conflicts and ensure satisfaction.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of project progress, including work completed, materials used, and any issues encountered.

• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and clients.

• Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and properly archived.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor in a similar role.

• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale electrical projects.

Certification:

• Valid Black CSCS Card is required.
