Job description

​We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our clients team on an exciting commercial project in Coventry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supervising electrical works for commercial projects, ensuring high standards of quality and safety on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and oversee the electrical installations for the commercial fit-out project

  • Lead, coordinate, and motivate a team of electricians and subcontractors

  • Ensure that all electrical works are completed to specification, on time, and within budget

  • Review and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations

  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team

  • Assist in the preparation of RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) and ensure their implementation on-site

  • Liaise with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality

  • Ensure that all works are carried out to the highest safety and quality standards

  • Maintain accurate records and report on progress, issues, and any required changes

Essential Qualifications:

  • Gold ECS card

  • SSSTS / SMSTS 

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, preferably on commercial fit-out projects

  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, commercial installations, and site safety regulations

  • Ability to manage and supervise electrical teams and subcontractors

  • Experience with RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements)

  • Good communication and leadership skills
