Facade manager responsibilities: 

• Overseeing trades and labour

• Overseeing subbies

• Managing programme

• Managing health and safety

• Overseeing facade installation

Facade manager requirements: 

• SMSTS.

• CSCS

• First aid

• High rise residential facades experience
