​I am working alongside a regional civil engineering contractor. My client is looking to onboard a foreman to help deliver a new infrastructure and civils package being delivered for a valued client in Kent. The successful candidate will have experience with 278 works, drainage, roads and sewers. 

Foreman responsibilities: 

• Working alongside and reporting to the project manager. 

• Managing and allocating plant, labour and materials. 

• Health and safety compliance. 

• Liaising with the client and local authorities. 

• Record keeping. 

• Conducting site inductions. 

Foreman requirements: 

• CSCS card.

• NVQ Level 3 or above. 

• SMSTS.

• Previous experience with 278 works and drainage.

• Full UK driving licence.
