I am working alongside a regional civil engineering contractor. They are looking to onboard a foreman for a new project kicking off in Buckinghamshire. My client deliver earthworks, stabilisation and remediation packages. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and background within earthworks and civils. 

Foreman responsibilities: 

• Working alongside and reporting to the project manager. 

• Managing and allocating plant, labour and materials.

• Task briefings. 

• Detailed record keeping. 

• Material testing program. 

• Ensuring health and safety compliance. 

• Liaising with the client and main contractor. 

Foreman requirements: 

• Right to work in the UK.

• NVQ level 3 or above. 

• CSCS card - Gold/ White/ Black.

• SSSTS/ SMSTS.

• First aid. 

• NPORS/ CPCS - Desirable. 

• Previous experience with bulk earthworks, remediation and stabilisation.

• Full UK driving licence.
