I am working alongside a principal contractor who are looking to onboard a foreman for an ongoing project for a valued client. My client operate nationwide and deliver large scale infrastructure and civils schemes. The ideal candidate will have a solid background with reinforced concrete structures and FRC works. 

Foreman responsibilities: 

• Operating as an on-site client representative. 

• Liaising with the client and subcontractors on site. 

• Managing subcontractors. 

• Task briefings.

• Allocation sheets. 

• Ensuring works are completed in accordance to project drawings. 

• Ensuring health and safety compliance. 

Foreman requirements: 

• Right to work in the UK. 

• NVQ level 3 or higher/ equivalent. 

• CSCS card (Gold/ Black).

• SSSTS/ SMSTS.

• First aid. 

• TWC/ TWS - Desirable. 

• Previous experience with reinforced concrete structures and FRC works. 

• Full UK driving licence.
