​My client is a industry-leading Reinforced Concrete subcontractor with projects across the UK.

We are currently recruiting a Construction Site Manager to join the company and manage RC Frame package in Cranleigh!

My client has multiple upcoming projects with at least 6 months of work in front of them.

RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE!!!

THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!

Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety

• Keeping site diaries 

• Tool box talks

• Quality Assurance.

• Managing the labour and putting men to work safely.

• Ensuring all paperwork is filed and organised.

• Liasing with the client, providing weekly/monthly progress reports.

• Ordering materials.

Requirements:

• CSCS card.

• SMSTS/SSSTS

• First Aid

• Experienced managing RC Frame packages.

• 5+ years management experience.
