Mechanical & Electrical Site Manager

I am currently working alongside a leading M&E contractor who is looking to hire an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Site Manager with CSA (Civil, Structural, and Architectural) and Data Center experience. My client specialises in delivering innovative solutions across the construction and engineering sectors, particularly within mission-critical environments.

Mechanical & Electrical Site Manager Responsibilities:

  • Leading the on-site delivery of mechanical, electrical, and CSA works for Data Center projects.

  • Managing site operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

  • Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and direct labor.

  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required specifications.

  • Monitoring progress against the program and reporting to the project management team.

  • Managing resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel, effectively.

  • Liaising with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

  • Conducting regular site inspections and resolving any issues or conflicts that arise.

  • Ensuring compliance with project-specific CSA and Data Center requirements.

Mechanical & Electrical Site Manager Requirements:

  • Right to work in the UK.

  • Relevant industry qualifications such as HNC, Degree, or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred).

  • Possess a valid CSCS/ECS/SKILLcard or equivalent certification.

  • Certification in SMSTS and First Aid at Work (mandatory).

  • Proven experience in delivering mechanical, electrical, and CSA projects, specifically within mission critical environments.

  • Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
