Mechanical Supervisor – Residential Apartments (150+ Units)

About the Client & Project:

My client is a leading M&E Contractor that self-delivers full mechanical packages for large-scale residential apartment developments. They are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee the successful delivery of a 150+ unit residential project.

This is a non-working supervisory role, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of mechanical works on-site.

Mechanical Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to and working closely with the Project Manager.

• Supervising and coordinating all mechanical installation works.

• Managing mechanical subcontractors and ensuring work meets required standards.

• Overseeing QA processes.

• Identifying and resolving technical issues as they arise.

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

• Attending daily site meetings and liaising with other trades.

• Delivering toolbox talks and arranging site inductions.

• Driving productivity to keep the project on track for completion.

Mechanical Supervisor Key Requirements:

• SSSTS or SMSTS certification.

• Mechanical trade qualification or engineering background.

• 10+ years’ experience working for Mechanical Contractors.

• Strong experience in delivering large-scale residential apartments (150+ units).

• Proven ability to manage mechanical installation teams and subcontractors.
