​I am working alongside a groundworks and civil engineering contractor. They are looking to onboard a site manager to help deliver a new project being delivered for a valued client. The ideal candidate with have a solid knowledge and understanding of demolition and structures.

Site manager responsibilities:

Working alongside the project manager and contracts manager.

• Manging plant, labour, and materials.

• Task briefings.

• Record keeping.

• Managing health and safety compliance.

• Liaising with the main contractor and client

Site manager requirements:

• Right to work in the UK.

• NVQ level 6.

• SMSTS.

• First aid.

• Previous experience with demolition.

• IT literate.

• Full UK driving licence.
