​I am working alongside a leading civil engineering contractor. They are looking to onboard a site engineer to help deliver an ongoing highway and infrastructure scheme being delivered in the West Midlands. 

Site engineer responsibilities: 

• Setting out and surveying using Trimble total station & GPS surveying equipment. 

• Producing and recording As-built surveys.

• Volume calculations.

• Machine control.

• QA.

• Health and safety compliance. 

• Reporting to the site agent.

• Liaising with the main contractor and client.

Site engineer requirements: 

• Right to work in the UK.

• Degree in civil engineering. 

• White CSCS.

• Safety critical medical.

• Proficient with AutoCAD.

• Proficient with either Civil 3D, N4CE, Trimble business centre or LSS.

• Proficient with Trimble GPS and total station surveying equipment. 

• Previous experience with highways or earthworks. 

• Full UK driving licence.
