​My client is a leading Main Contractor working on a heavy civils and structures project in Derby who are currently recruiting a Site Engineer to complete a 6-8 month long contract. You will be required to manage all aspects of engineering of the civils package.

Site Engineer Responsibilities:

• Reporting and working with the Project Manager and foreman.

• Site set up and compliance with health and safety

• Completing all setting out associated to the structures & civils groundworks package.

• Quality assurance & control.

Site Engineer Requirements:

• CSCS card.

• SMSTS or SSSTS – Desirable, not essential.

• Previous civil engineering experience 5-8 years. 

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Time Served.
