Site Engineer – Bridges Project
Location: Birmingham
Contract Duration: 8 Months

My client is a leading sub-contractor working on a major bridges project in Birmingham and is currently recruiting a Site Engineer for an 8-month contract. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of engineering related to the bridges and associated infrastructure works package.

Site Engineer Responsibilities:

• Reporting to and working closely with the Project Manager and foreman.

• Site setup and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Completing all setting out for the bridges project and infrastructure works.

• Ensuring quality assurance and control across all aspects of the project.

Site Engineer Requirements:

• CSCS card.

• SMSTS or SSSTS certification – Desirable but not essential.

• Previous experience in bridges or highways engineering.

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Time Served (equivalent experience).
