​I am working alongside a regional civil engineering based out of the Northwest. My client specialise across the infrastructure sector delivering schemes in both the public and private sector. Schemes include 278 works, public realm works and utilities. 

Site manager responsibilities: 

• Working alongside and reporting to the contracts manager.

• Managing plant, labour and materials. 

• Putting labour to work. 

• Record keeping. 

• Tool box talks and task briefings. 

• Ensuring health and safety compliance. 

• Liaising with the client, subcontractors and local authorities. 

Site manager requirements: 

• Right to work in the UK.

• NVQ level 3 or above.

• CSCS - Gold/ Black/ White. 

• SMSTS.

• First aid. 

• NRSWA. 

• Previous experience with civils, drainage and groundworks. 

• 5 years experience in a site managers role. 

• Full UK driving licence.
