I am working alongside a specialist contractor who are looking to onboard a site manager to help deliver a specialist civils and infrastructure package being delivered on the South coast. The ideal candidate will have a solid knowledge and background within civils, utilities and buried services. 

Site manager responsibilities: 

• Working closely alongside and reporting to the project manager.

• Managing plant, labour and materials. 

• Working closely alongside the commercial team and assisting with commercial aspects.

• RAMS.

• Record keeping.

• Site supervision.

• Progress meetings. 

• Liaising with the client and local authorities. 

• Ensuring health and safety compliance. 

Site manager requirements: 

• Right to work in the UK.

• Diploma or degree. 

• CSCS - Gold, Black or white.

• SMSTS.

• First aid. 

• Cat & genny ticket. 

• Previous experience with buried services and groundworks. 

• Full UK driving licence. 

• IT literate.
