​We are currently recruiting a Site manager to join the company and assist in managing a groundwork's project based in Derby

Site Manager Responsibilities:

• Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.

• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety

• Keeping site diaries 

• Amending and working to RAMS 

• Quality Assurance.

• Managing the labour and putting men to work.

• Providing progress reports

• Managing/ordering materials and overseeing site operations.

Site Manager Requirements:

• CSCS

• SMSTS

• First aid

• NVQ Level 6 (ideally)

• Highly experienced in groundwork's and civils projects for specialist contractors.

• 8+ years management experience
