​I am working alongside a regional civil engineering contractor in the North-east. Due to an increase in contracts awarded they are looking to onboard a site supervisor. The scope of works my client covers includes groundworks, earthworks, civils and structures. 

Site supervisor requirements: 

• Working alongside and reporting to the project manager. 

• Managing and allocating plant, labour and materials. 

• Tool box talks.

• Putting labour to work.

• Record keeping.

• Ensuring health and safety compliance. 

• Liaising with the client, subcontractors and local authorities. 

• Plant and machinery inspections.

Site supervisor requirements: 

• Right to work in the UK.

• NVQ level 3 or above.

• CSCS - Gold/ Black. 

• SSSTS/ SMSTS.

• First aid. 

• 3 years experience in a site supervisors role.

• Experience with civils, groundworks and earthworks.

• Full UK driving licence.
