​RTL are on the look out for a Groundworks Site Supervisor to work on behalf of a leading Groundworks and RC Frame contractor in Central London on aCommercial groundworks package.

My client has ongoing work for the right candidate!! 

Pay rate is OUTSIDE IR35!!

Site Supervisor duties: 

​

• Reporting to and working with the Project Manager.

• Managing specialist Sub Contractors

• Assess the quality of work that the contractors are providing.

• Organising work schedules and maintaining worker timesheets

• Organising and managing labour on site

• Making sure that safe working practices are always maintained.

• Attending everyday meetings with the management and other trades.

• Arranging inductions

• To manage the productivity and push the project towards the completion date.

Supervisor Requirements:  

• British Passport

• SMSTS/SSSTS

• CSCS Gold card  

• Experience working for Groundworks sub contractors
