​My client are a leading energy and renewable contractor. They are looking to onboard a construction manager to help deliver a new project being delivered in Neath. My client is looking for a someone who has had experience working on ideally national gas infrastructure, preferably AGI/PRS upgrades.

Construction manager responsibilities: 

• Working alongside and reporting to the project manager.

• Coordinating site teams. 

• Site supervision. 

• Ensuring works are being completed in accordance to program.

• Providing technical support to the project manager. 

• Customer liaison. 

• Managing health and safety. 

• Record keeping. 

• Daily diaries. 

Construction manager requirements: 

• Right to work in the UK.

• CSCS card.

• SMSTS.

• TWC. 

• Must have knowledge of CDM.

• Previous experience working on national gas infrastructure. 

• IT literate. 

• Full UK driving licence.
