We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a housing groundworks project in Liverpool. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity with a well-established contractor.
Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of groundworks for a large-scale housing development, completing groundworks, roads and sewer works.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

• Oversee health & safety, compliance, and subcontractor performance.

• Liaise with clients, site teams, and senior management to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Problem-solving and decision-making to keep the project on track.

Requirements:
✔ Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in groundworks & housing projects.
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
✔ Knowledge of UK construction regulations and health & safety standards.
✔ Ability to start Monday and commit to a long-term role.
