We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee and manage electrical operations for a residential project. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of electrical systems, and experience in supervising electrical installations in residential settings.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the electrical team on-site.

• Ensure electrical work is completed in compliance with local codes, safety standards, and project specifications.

• Monitor the progress of electrical installations and ensure timely project completion.

• Provide technical guidance and training to electricians and other team members.

• Review electrical plans and blueprints to ensure proper implementation.

• Inspect and test electrical systems to ensure quality and safety.

• Manage and order materials, tools, and equipment needed for the electrical work.

• Collaborate with the project manager and other supervisors to maintain workflow and resolve issues.

• Maintain accurate records of work performed and report on project status to upper management.

Qualifications:

• Gold ECS card

• SSSTS / SMSTS

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, Foreman, or similar role in residential construction.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, residential wiring, and relevant codes and regulations.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and technical drawings.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Valid electrical license or certification (preferred).

• Knowledge of safety standards and OSHA regulations.

• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
