We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team for an exciting social housing project. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise electrical installation works on-site, ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulations, and project specifications.

• Lead and manage electrical teams, providing guidance and support.

• Oversee the quality control of all electrical works, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.

• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain accurate records of electrical inspections, testing, and installations.

• Ensure that all health and safety practices are followed, maintaining a safe working environment.

• Resolve technical issues and challenges promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Gold ECS card

• SSSTS / SMSTS

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, preferably within the construction or housing sector.

• Knowledge of electrical regulations and standards (e.g., 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations).

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Experience working on social housing or residential projects is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
