​My client are medium sized civil engineering specialist. They are looking to onboard a foreman to help deliver a drainage and civils package on a large infrastructure scheme in Norfolk. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge and understanding of deep drainage and groundwork.

Foreman responsibilities: 

• Working alongside and reporting to the site manager.

• Managing plant, labour and materials. 

• Putting labour to work. 

• Site supervision.

• Detailed record keeping. 

• Checking works are being completed in accordance to drawings and specification.

• Ensuring health and safety compliance. 

• Liaising with the client and main contractor on site.

Foreman requirements: 

• Right to work in the UK.

• CSCS card. 

• SSSTS/ SMSTS.

• First aid ticket. 

• Strong knowledge and understanding of deep drainage. 

• Full UK driving licence.
