​My client is an industry leading civil engineering contractor with multiple live contracts across the UK.

We are currently recruiting an experienced Construction Site Manager to join the company and manage a long term groundworks and RC form work contract based in London.

The ideal candidate will have vast background and knowledge within the groundworks and RC sector, and will have managed large scale civil engineering projects.

Construction Site Manager Responsibilities:

• Reporting and working alongside the Senior Project Manager and Contracts Manager.

• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety

• Keeping site diaries 

• Following programme and RAMS 

• Quality Assurance.

• Overseeing up to 6 supervisors ensuring work is delivered safely and on programme.

• Providing progress reports

• Managing/ordering materials and overseeing site operations.

• Liaising and managing the client to ensure targets and deadlines are met.

Construction Site Manager Requirements:

• CSCS Gold or Black

• SMSTS

• First aid

• Temp Works Coordinator (beneficial)

• Highly experienced in civils, groundworks and RC works for specialist contractors.

• 8+ years management experience
