I am working alongside a regional civil engineering contractor. They are looking to onboard a foreman to an ongoing civils scheme being delivered in Leicester. The scope of works you will be overseeing will include drainage, groundwork's, ducting and pipework.

Foreman responsibilities: 

• Working alongside and reporting to the site manager. 

• Managing plant, labour and materials.

• Allocation sheets. 

• Plant and machinery inspections.

• Task briefings. 

• Ensuring health and safety compliance.

• Checking works are being completed in accordance to drawings and specification. 

• Liaising with the client and subcontractors.

Foreman requirements: 

• Right to work in the UK.

• NVQ level or equivalent. 

• CSCS - Gold, white, black.

• SSSTS/ SMSTS.

• First aid. 

• Previous experience in a foreman's role.

• Full UK driving licence.
