My client is a leading contractor in the civils sector. We are currently recruiting a Junior Site Engineer to complete an ongoing contract. You will be required to assist the site engineer. This will include the setting out of a groundworks package.

Junior Site Engineer Responsibilities:

•  Reporting and working with the Site Engineer and foreman.

•  Assisting with site set up and compliance with health and safety

•  Assisting with all setting out associated to the groundworks.  

•  Assisting with raising technical queries on design issues.

•  Assisting with completing As-builts and surveys on site. 

Junior Site Engineer Requirements:

• CSCS card.

• SMSTS or SSSTS – Desirable, not essential.

• Previous experience on a Groundworks/Civils scheme.

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Time Served.

• Previous experience working for a sub contractor.
