​My client is an industry leading groundworks and RC frame contractor with multiple live contracts across the UK.

We are currently recruiting a Project Manager to join the company and manage a groundworks and RC contract based in Wembley.

Vacancy details:

• Rates are negotiable

• Immediate start

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Reporting and working alongside the Operations Manager.

• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety

• Keeping site diaries 

• Producing RAMS 

• Quality Assurance.

• Following programmes

• Managing the client

• Providing progress reports

• Managing/ordering materials and overseeing site operations.

Project Manager Requirements:

• CSCS

• SMSTS

• First aid

• Temporary Works Coordinator (beneficial)

• Experienced in groundworks and RC for specialist contractors.

• Engineering background (beneficial)

• 10+ years project management experience
