RTL Group is seeking a permanent Site Agent to oversee a civil engineering project on behalf of our Tier 1 main contractor client. You will be required to manage the civils package of works. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate seamless project execution.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.

• Manage resources efficiently, including labor, materials, and equipment.

• Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that may arise promptly.

• Maintain accurate site records and documentation.

• Liaise with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns as needed.

• Implement quality control measures to uphold project standards.​

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Agent on civil engineering projects, preferably flood alleviation schemes.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Relevant qualifications in civil engineering or construction management.​
