Site Engineer – Earthworks – Leicester

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join a 6-month earthworks scheme in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established contractor on a major project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting out and surveying for earthworks activities

• Ensuring work is completed to design specifications, on time, and within budget

• Managing quality control and compliance with safety and environmental standards

• Liaising with site teams, subcontractors, and project managers

• Maintaining accurate records and as-built drawings

Requirements:

• Experience in site engineering for earthworks projects

• Proficiency with setting out equipment including GPS, total stations, and laser levels

• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or related field

• CSCS card and relevant site certifications preferred
