​My client is a contractor working on a earthworks project in Stockport who are currently recruiting a Site Engineer to complete a 8 month contract. You will be required to manage all aspects of engineering of a earthworkspackage.

Site Engineer Responsibilities:

• Reporting and working with the Project Manager and foreman.

• Site set up and compliance with health and safety

• Completing all setting out associated to the earthworks package.

• Volume surveys, volume calculations, asbuilts.

• Quality assurance & control.

Site Engineer Requirements:

• CSCS card.

• SMSTS or SSSTS – Desirable, not essential.

• Knowledge of Trimble and earthworks software.

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Time Served.
