​My client are a leading civil engineering contractor. They are looking to onboard a site manager for a new infrastructure and civils scheme being delivered in Oxfordshire. My client operate across multiple sectors including construction, infrastructure and renewable energy. 

Site manager responsibilities: 

• Working alongside and reporting to the project manager.

• Managing and allocating plant, labour and materials. 

• Task briefings. 

• Permits to work.

• Record keeping. 

• Managing health and safety.

• Liaising with the client and local authorities. 

• Attending site and H&S meetings. 

Site manager requirements: 

• Right to work in the UK.

• NVQ level 3 or above.

• SMSTS.

• First aid. 

• NRSWA - Desirable. 

• Previous experience with highways, drainage and civils.

• 5-8 years site management experience.

• Full UK driving licence.
