My client are a leading civil engineering contractor who operate heavily across the Midlands and surrounding counties. My client operate across multiple sectors such as infrastructure, construction and civils. The ideal candidate will have experience within earthworks and remediation.

Site supervisor responsibilities: 

• Managing plant, labour and materials. 

• Putting labour to work.

• Task briefings.

• Plant and machinery inspections. 

• Record keeping. 

• Managing health and safety.

• Ensuring works are being completed in accordance to program and RAMS.

Site supervisor requirements: 

• Right to work in the UK.

• NVQ level 3 or above. 

• CSCS Card.

• SSSTS/ SMSTS.

• First aid ticket. 

• Experience with bulk earthworks.

• Experience with heavy plant and machinery.

• IT literate. 

• Full UK driving licence.
