​We are seeking a skilled and reliable Wireman to join our clients team, specializing in electrical work for substations. As a Wireman, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring systems within our substations, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair wiring, cables, and electrical equipment in substations.

• Ensure that electrical systems and equipment are installed in compliance with national and local codes, as well as company standards.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical systems and components.

• Conduct inspections of electrical wiring and equipment to identify any issues or safety hazards.

• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to complete projects on time.

• Maintain accurate records of all work performed and materials used.

• Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Qualifications:

• Gold ECS card

• NG pass 

• Proven experience as a Wireman or in a similar electrical role, preferably in substation environments.

• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety practices, and troubleshooting techniques.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well with others.

• Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights if required.

• Valid driver’s license.
