I am working alongside a leading Tier 1 main contractor who are looking to onboard a site manager to help manage and deliver a civils and infrastructure scheme being delivered in Northamptonshire. My client operate nationally, delivering projects within the the infrastructure, rail and civil engineering sector. 

Site manager responsibilities: 

• Manage the contract and agreed contract programme.

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, company policies and procedures.

• Firmly adopting and embracing the principle that all of your people should go home safe, every day.

• Meeting teams and providing guidance and advice on correct processes both on and off site ensuring that we only employ processes that add value to your customers and people.

• Understanding of the project's financial position through regular and robust reviews with the commercial team.

Site manager requirements: 

• Right to work in the UK.

• NVQ level 3 or equivalent. 

• CSCS card.

• SMSTS.

• First aid. 

• TWC/TWS.

• Previous experience in a site managers role.

• Previous experience with highways and roads.

• Full UK driving licence.
